This policy is written for the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What I collect

Contact form: your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, and your message.

Client survey: your name, email, country, budget range, timeline, purpose, property type, preferred area, whether you are buying from abroad, and any note you add.

Booking: your name, email, country of residence, preferred call platform, WhatsApp number if you choose WhatsApp, and the optional note about your search. Cal.com and Google Calendar also receive the time you book, your time zone, and the meeting link.

Technical data: the host records ordinary server logs such as IP address and browser type for security. This site does not run an advertising tracker.

Why I collect it

I use these details to reply to you, to hold the 15-minute call, to send the written market read, and to keep a record of the enquiry. The survey is not an email list. I do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a question.

The basis is your consent, given by the checkbox on the form or by confirming a booking. You can withdraw consent by emailing me. Withdrawal does not affect a reply already sent.

Who else sees it

Google Workspace, for email and the calendar invite. Cal.com, when you book a call, including Google Meet as the default video room. The company that hosts this website.

I do not sell personal data. WhatsApp, email, and Cal.com are third-party services with their own privacy notices.

How long I keep it

Enquiry, survey, and booking records are kept for as long as we are in conversation and for up to 24 months after the last message, unless a longer period is required for a contract, a payment, or a legal claim. You can ask me to delete a record sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can object to or restrict how it is used. Email eric@realassistphuket.com. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

Cookies

The public pages are built to work without advertising cookies. The booking page loads Cal.com only after you open it. The admin area, used by Real Assist staff, uses a sign-in cookie.
