I’ve lived in Phuket for over 20 years. I started working in real estate part-time in 2016, and then full-time during COVID.
While I’m proud of the work I did as a traditional agent, I always felt there was a better way to service my clients while offering them more protections.
Why did I build Real Assist?
Because I worked as an agent, and I know where the model fails buyers: no accountability, hidden commissions, and listings you can’t trust. I could do the job well inside that system, but I couldn’t fix it.
Real Assist fixes it. You get a signed agreement, my commission on the table, and only verified properties. That last part matters most to me; your time is worth more than any listing, and wasting it is the surest sign an agent doesn’t value you.

Pastperformance
2016
I began helping my wife (and co-founder of Real Assist) with her real estate work. This helped me to quickly gain a better understanding of Phuket's real estate market and how it differs from what I was used to in the US.
2021
COVID forced the closure of a company I’d successfully run since 2014. Although I’d been helping my wife manage her real estate client relations part-time since 2016, I began formally working as a freelance agent for a long-running boutique agency located in Phuket Town in 2021.
2023
By 2023, I set the agency’s all-time one-year sales record. My clients included board members from Snapchat and the Bank of Singapore, plus a Hollywood action icon and a Marvel film franchise composer. Eventually, I was promoted to Sales and Operations Manager, where I learned even more about Phuket’s real estate market.
2025
In 2025 I decided to resign from my position in order to start Real Assist.

Outside of work
On a personal level, I’m married and we’re raising two teenagers. I am a fitness enthusiast who’s competed in CrossFit, Hyrox, half-marathon trail races, and multiple 10k road races. My hobbies include growing my bonsai garden, reading, traveling, and playing backgammon.
