Traditional Agent vs Property Consultancy:Negating Conflict of Interest

With our consultancy model, we’re not selling you property. Instead, we sell our expertise, local guidance, and two decades of perspective. As such, you have upfront costs but the value is the tradeoff of being able to leverage the bypassed commissions to negotiate lower purchase prices.

We still sign a consultancy agreement outlining Real Assist's responsibilities, service guidelines, and obligations, you are the direct client.

Scheduled voice or video calls that pertain to anything related to your property search, selection, negotiation, or eventual purchase. We can also discuss general relocation to Phuket, neighborhood deep dives, recommend various service providers, or basically any topic you’d need addressed.

If you upgrade to another service model within 7 days, we’ll deduct the cost of the consultation.

Option 2

Consulting Packages

These include an initial exchange of information, detailed research, a 50-minute voice or video call, follow up research based on our call (if required), and a final report. Fees vary and packages can be combined.

Combine packages for a 15% discount (Conveyance not included).

End-to-end Property Consultation

These are tailored to your needs. The biggest difference here is that you are the front-facing person during all points of your property search. You contact sellers, go out on property inspections, negotiate, settle, etc.. I operate in the background, promptly replying in my role as consultant. This comes at a significantly reduced cost and forgo any commission. You then leverage those savings to the buyer in order to reduce your settlement price.

Fees vary depending on needs; a refundable retainer payment is required, full payment required upon signing sale and purchase contract.
