Real Assist Phuket

Phuket PropertyAdvising

Like working with an agent, only better.

Real estate agents in Thailand aren't licensed and owe buyers no statutory fiduciary duty.

I close that gap voluntarily: I work in a legally binding advisory capacity, under a written agreement that sets out my responsibilities and loyalties before we start.

We work together through the entire property search process in a similar capacity to working with a traditional agent. But now you get more rigorous protection, verified property information, and in most cases a lower effective cost than working with a traditional agent.

Real Assist’s Representation Agreement

Our Representation Agreement offers legal protections similar to those found throughout the West. I use one based on my home state of Minnesota and it’s legally binding in Thailand.

Property Advisor

Best-suited for...

  • First-time buyers in Thailand
  • Buyers searching from abroad
  • Busy buyers who need full support
  • Buyers just starting their property search

Service model

  • End-to-end property assistance
  • Feels like a traditional property search
  • A real advisor with real accountability
  • Transparent seller commission rates
  • Buyers paid back a portion of our commission
  • Lower net costs than traditional agents

How does Real Assistget paid?

We still get paid by the seller, that doesn’t change. What changes is the transparency and commission amount. We agree on a commission reduction percentage, you see my commission payment, and you get reimbursed the difference.

We sign a representation or consultation agreement.

I get down to work.
